Russ Smith was interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate from an early age.  Always an excellent student, he began his career by earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate from San Diego State University.  He then joined the Irvine office of Lee & Associates, specializing in office, flex, and industrial properties in South Orange County.  

At Wind Water, he focuses on office and flex properties with an emphasis on “Creative Space” transactions on behalf of tenants and property owners.  Russ combines his academic background with a strong competitive drive, local market knowledge, and an ability to build strong relationships through superior customer service.  A resident of Irvine, he remains active on the local roller hockey scene as a player and coach.
