Rob Rader graduated in 2002 from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Rob’s extensive experience with commercial real estate began with Grubb & Ellis, then with Lee & Associates, where he rose to the level of Partner and Member of the Board.

In his 13 years as a commercial real estate professional, he has earned a reputation with his clients and peers as a premier service provider and market expert.

At Wind Water, Rob specializes in the sale and lease of creative office space and flex properties in the Orange County market. He also actively pursues investment acquisitions through the firm’s recently launched ownership platform, which includes, property management, asset management, brokerage and an equity fund to service the firm’s high net worth investor clients.
